I'm not looking for used tights, but I wondered why I kept seeing photos of a headless woman laying around in various outfits. The seller has a rating of 96 but she keeps coming up with auctions of "well worn pantyhose/tights."

My bet is on fetish.
From the ad, it looks like she's skirting ebay's "no inappropriate content" rule as closely as possible and saying she wears the tights with underwear. But when her buyers are making comments like, "my pleasure" and "scentsational" ... yeah, she's selling to fetishists and knows it.
