Anyone have some favorites?
I came home with 4lbs of Meyer Lemons from the local grocery store where we went for the bachelorette party--- they smell soooo good I need to use them ASAP.

I love blueberry and lemon together. I also love lemon/bb martinis.
You could do chicken picatta. Or lemon meringue pie.
We usually use them in place of real lemons- however, we also usually preserve them once a year which is AWESOME.
there are plenty of recipes but this is the one that we used.

great to use on and on without them going bad! It says to use olive oil, we did not. We just used the salt and their own juice comes out perfectly!
I can't find them here either. That's why I was so excited to buy them!
