Another winning recipe - Maple glazed salmon...

...w/roasted brussels sprouts, another one from this month's Real Simple. Even DH liked the brussels sprouts, and he usually hates them. I'm determined to make him appreciate them like I do, ha. Doesn't it LOOK yummy?

I served it with a modified version of that quinoa pilaf recipe Passanie posted last week. Recipe here.

Re: Another winning recipe - Maple glazed salmon...

  • Yum. Brussels sprouts are definitely an acquired taste. I always thought it was so unnatural that a vegetable could taste that way.
My favorite place on earth: The Amargosa Valley.

  • That looks delicious. I'll add it to the "must try" pile!
  • Awesome! I have salmon on the menu tonight and I made some of that quinoa pilaf over the weekend (which, btw makes ALOT) so we will have that too.

I love brussel sprouts. They have to be cooked a certain way or I will not eat them.

Oh and when the weather is a little warmer and there is more daylight, I like to grill the brussel sprouts on the bbq (in a bbq safe dish) and they are delish!
