My cat just threw up again
Backstory:
This past saturday, my cat vomited over 10 times in a 12-18 hour period, and I ended up taking her to the e-vet. They gave her fluids and anti-nausea shots and sent us home. She's been on two medications, an antiobiotic and a steroid for a dermatological issue (exact diagnosis hasn't been determined yet) for the past two weeks, but we skipped giving those to her per e-vet. She didn't vomit at all post e-vet, so we re-introduced food the next morning (~1/4 cup), but she was still pretty lethargic and didn't drink or eat much. She hadn't thrown up again, so we gave her her medication that night.
Today rolls around, and she's acting more like her usual self, the 1/4 cup of food I gave her is about half gone, and she's been drinking water. 11:30 pm comes, I pill her as usual aaaand an hour later she throws up. The vomit was all liquids, no food in there that I can tell - not even food colored. As far as I can tell, the medication was also not vomited up.
I am calling her regular vet first thing tomorrow morning, but until then, should I take her food away for now? Is there anything else I should do or can do to maybe make her more comfortable? I just feel so bad for my poor girl, with the pilling and the vomiting.... plus, between this and the dermatological thing she's already had to go to the vet/e-vet three times this month, and she always is so scared in the car.

Thank you, she is mostly better. She's still been throwing up (vomit is whitish & frothy with some little bits of food) but a lot less frequently and other than that she's back to normal - eating, drinking, running around like a maniac.
The vet also thinks it was all the medicine that was making her sick, so per-vet we stopped the antibiotic and steroid completely. But, the vet also recommended giving her a 1/4 tablet of 10 mg of Pepcid AC to hopefully calm her tummy down in the meantime. So, kitty got that tonight, and the vet is calling sometime tomorrow for a further report.
(Oh, and did not take her food away that night (not that she ate any of it, but, yeah.))
