What is the best thing you've ever made?
DH and I are making our Valentine's Day dinner and we have some ideas but then I thought to ask you all - what is the best thing you have ever made? Either a main dish or a side dish. And if you have the recipe or a link that would be much appreciated!
Thank you!!
Re: What is the best thing you've ever made?
I made these a couple weeks ago, and my hubby has requested them every night since hah but they are a little pricey to make and you have to like coconut.

Sorry not sure how to make clicky
It's not romantic, but heck, my husband and I think these enchiladas are better than what we can get at a restaurant out here:

Paella Valenciana
A combination of "best" and "most difficult".
I also love a nice rack of lamb for a romantic dinner.
Yeah that's right my name's Yauch!
I don't know if it's the best thing I've EVER made (the answer totally depends on my mood when you ask me) but here's what my husband's answer just was -
Chicken & Sausage Gumbo

No clue and DH doesn't remember (world's worst memory).
BUT, for Valentines Day, the two best meals have been Roasted Vegetables and Chicken over Pasta with Beurre Blanc Sauce AND fondue dinner (cheese for app, wine fondue with shrimp and veggies, and chocolate for dessert).
