Any recs for a caribbean vacation with kids? All inclusive?
We are looking to go on a vacation in April and would love to go to an All inclusive in the caribbean. We are looking for something kid friendly but Beaches is just out of the budget. We dont want to go to Jamaica or the Bahamas either. Any recs?

Joy, we went to Antigua for our honeymoon and I remember visiting the Pineapple Beach Club, which was really nice. There were a lot of families there when we visited, and we looked up pricing since then and it wasn't ridiculously expensive. If ours open to Puerto Rico, we stayed at El Conquistador in Fajardo last February or March and it was fantastic. It's consistently rated one of the top family resorts in the Caribbean. We wound upsetting great rates directly from the resort. It was still a spendy trip, but we did really well booking with them (the same trip this year without that deal was like $3500 more when we looked it up a few weeks ago).

we were thinking DR. What resort did you stay in? We were looking at the Iberostar resorts.
we stayed at the Riu Bambu resort and LOVED it! the staff was amazing and there was ALWAYS something going on! There was a daily chart of kid activities and tons for the adults too! We did bocche ball, BBQ on the beach and one evening there was a sidewalk fair at one of the adjacent hotels. The shoppes had tables set up outside and there was live entertainment...so much fun! The evening shows were great too. What I liked is that there are two other adjacent resorts that you can go and use the amenities in. The only one you could not was the Riu Palace. Enjoy!!
