Intro
Hi All,
I am new to the nest - my husband and I got married on 11/26/11 (a year sooner than we planned due to my father in law being diagnosed with cancer and not being given a very good prognosis). We are still having our church wedding and reception as planned (it will just be a convalidation ceremony rather than a traditional wedding reception) on 11/24/12. We also just moved in to our first apartment on 1/1/12 and are still getting settled ~ we had been living with my in-laws until my now husband finished nursing school. He is currently looking for a job as an RN (which is much more difficult than we ever thought it could be) while working per diem and I am currently working full time - both in a hospital. We are in the process of making plans to start a family - hoping to start trying for our first right after the wedding this year. I am very grateful to have this board as a resource and look forward to getting to know everyone.
