As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

oh boy. ken's going to talk to his ceo today
he's pretty much had it with his bosses incompetence. his boss asked him something yesterday. an area ken is VERY knowledgeable on and his boss is like well i need you to help me map this out because i know nothing about this (and in his field he SHOULD)
so ken said if he can find the ceo he's going to the ceo himself to talk to him about it and help the ceo map it out and hopes that leads to a conversation talking abotu his position and getting out of his bosses group.
the ceo has made it known he really likes ken. and this is something that could really help him shine and grow in this company. but his bosses incompetence makes it impossible for ken to shine.
so i hope and pray that this conversation goes well.
