I cant stop hitting refresh on Marley's FB page. I cant stop thinking about that poor dog. I  must check it about 100 times a day. I dont even know them or the dog, just makes me so sad.

Stephanie has been an absolute terror lately to the point where I continue to threaten to cancel her birthday party next weekend.  It's the emptiest threat there ever was since I already ordered tons of Angry Birds crap (that's the theme).  Empty as it is, I still use the threat in hopes she will behave herself.  She will for a few minutes then go back to being a little sh*t again.

I sort of dislike my new neighbors right now since they paid 20k less than we did for their house (both new construction, the same exact house, we've been here 6 months).  They just moved in this past weekend.  (I found out what it sold for since my MIL has access to MLS). I know I should blame the sh*tty economy and the housing market and not them but I am still bitter.  I am no better than the a-holes on my street in the older houses who hate us for upsetting the water table after Hurricane Irene.  Hating on people for things out of my control just like everyone else in my neighborhood.

We are in the process of re-fi right now and I am scared that our house will appraise for even less than it did a month ago when we tried to get rid of PMI.  (yes we have to get ANOTHER appraisal done...) it's all a racket!!!!

I've been home for two weeks (starting a new job next week) and Rob's one request of me, other than demanding that I relax and do nice stuff for myself and buy myself some new work clothes (all of which I did, happily), was to clean the house a bit this week since we have company coming over on Saturday and the house could use a good once over since the dogs have been shedding so much.

Instead,I called the cleaning lady and asked her to come today, even though it's her off week and she's scheduled to come again on Tuesday, so that I didn't have to clean. Rob won't care, and I won't lie about it if asked, but really? This is my vacation and I don't like cleaning when I'm NOT on vacation, why the heck would I do it now. I did, however, tell her to not clean the bathrooms because then Rob would really suspect something, lol.

I owe Debfife an apology...I was definitely a *** this past weekend (alot has been going on here) and there really was no need for it.  Actually, I owe a few poster's apologies, but that's a whole different story.

I read the blog and Debfife was right...that girl definitely has got something going on...the blog dedicated to self portraits alone is disturbing.

I had a phone interview for a new job only 4 miles from home that I would love to have. I am supposed to hear back from the HR guy to schedule an in person interview and I am on pins and needles waiting to hear back. My current commute is just so draining that I really need out. I am going to be fidgety until I hear back from him!

1. I've been stalking Crazy's FB page to see if she gave birth yet.

2. I'm really annoyed at a lot of last night's posts.  The "mob mentality" is not what keeps me personally away from the nest lately, nor is it just the arguing or drama - it's the fact that grown women think there's nothing wrong with being so deliberately mean, cruel, and hurtful to other humans.  And I'm just astounded that so many people here are okay with this.

Make sure to set comments to "all". It starts with an article about putting candy in goodie bags and the first comment starts right off the bat with "Or you can be a responsible *** parent and take responsibility for what your child eats when they leave the party." Not all are men, but a lot are. Enjoy

I find it disgusting that other women think it is acceptable and appropriate to use the c word. I think the word is one of the lowest there in describing a woman, no matter what her behavior is. It is sad that it seems to be "chic" or "cool" word to use lately here. I find it repulsive and when I was working if anyone, used that word in my presence they would have to do an essay on the subject of degrading and disrespecting women. It worked well with the girls and young men I worked with(not staff, kids that lived in the house).  

I also just don't like that the vibe of putting each other down and belittling each other has taken over the boards lately. Not necessarily the bickering, but just the level of nasty that seems to have appeared.

Well now I feel bad about all the candy I got for A's party next week. Instead of goody bags I am having a CANDY BUFFET!! Pixy Stix, Airheads, swirly pops, candy necklaces....just to name a few. Well, at least it's not a gift card, right.
