As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Pintrest Question...
Im brand new at pintrest so i have a couple questions.
First, is there really any benefit to being the one who invites others? Any type of bonus, points or anything?
And I figured out how to add a photo of something i see on the interwebs to my pintrest, but I havent found a way to search something im looking for (at least not truly successfully). Am i at the mercy of however that person tagged other pics?
