talk to me about BFing and birth control
DH and I have decided that we want to have a 3rd kid. After E, I was on non-estrogen BC while I BFed for a year. After that I was on a continuous BC pill for a year before we started trying again. This time, I don't want to take BC at all because I think it messed up my cycles and led to us trying for a year before I got pregnant with Isla.
At first I was thinking I'd just read up on NFP, but that won't work if I'm BFing right? I shouldn't be getting my period, so I won't have any way to track my cycles. Is there anything else I can do, aside from condoms? I feel like a 17 year old asking questions! 
DH is ready to just take our chances and if I get pregnant while BFing, it's not a big deal. I think I want just a little more time to not be pregnant.

Isn't there a non-hormonal IUD? Also, my doc said the hormonal IUD has less hormones than the pill (like, a lot less, I think), if that matters.
