Need Hearty Salad recipe with no carbs for SB?
any ideas?
FIL doesnt do carbs, need a good hearty lunch salad for all and I am stumped

BBQ Chicken Ranch Salad - you could leave off the tortilla chips
Cape Cod Chopped Salad
cucumbers, diced in quarters, olives, onions, small grape tomatos,
dry basil, italian seasoning, garlic salt (to taste)
(i usally put cheese in it. i buy a block of cheddar and cut it up into cubes/squares smallish)
then i pour olive oil and then balsmic vin and toss around top it with the mccormicks salad topping that has the nuts in it.
so yum!
