How do you get your veggie patties to actually stick together? I don't know what i'm doing wrong but I can't get them to stay in patty form. (I'm talking about your chickpea patties along with random black bean patties)
Re: *** Ashlee ***
If they're too dry, they'll crumble. Which recipes are you using? If it's the buffalo chickpeas one, for example, you may need more hot sauce to help bind it. Also, I almost puree half the beans, and crush half, so the beans should also help hold it together. If they're too wet and falling apart, you can try adding oat flour or breadcrumbs to soak up some moisture.
It also helps if you make the patties, then let them sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up. They can be really finicky, so you kind of have to play around with it and know what a good texture is.
Hope that helps?
