Well I've figured out: what I thought might be acid reflux or severe heart burn, turns out I've had a gall bladder attack 3 times in the last 1 1/2 months.

Re: Figured it out..
Yes, I'm fine.. 2 times it happened in the middle of the night and I was just dying from the pain until I puked.. then it was better. Last time was about 1 1/2 weeks ago, but then it happened early in the evening already..
Same thing then.. just dying from the pain etc.
It doesn't affect baby, since baby is measuring on target. Like they say baby get's what it needs, if anything Mom suffers. I've figured out enough to know that it can mostly be controlled by my diet. So no more greasy, greasy meals. What triggered it last time was the cheesy-spaghetti I made.. to much cheese = to much grease = gall bladder attack 1 hour after eating.
Tonight I was also researching a little online and have figured out what I need to eat fruits/veggie wise that is high in fiber which is supposed to be much much better if you have Gall Bladder problems. I also have a herb that is safe to take while pregnant that will cleanse out the liver and gall bladder. (not a major cleanse though like you can do to pass the stones/sludge)
Keeping my fingers crossed that I don't have anymore major attacks in the next few months. Then after baby is born/a few months old I guess we do a major cleanse sometime, and hope it help/takes care of it!

Surgery is the last thing I'm thinking right now.. for not it'll be a major cleanse. I'm hoping because it's not an every day occurrence that I can get by with doing a major cleanse once baby is born to take care of it. I don't think they do surgery until it's pretty bad.
I'm doing Milk Thistle right now, if that doesn't work there's something else I can try.. so we'll see how the first one does and if not then we'll go to the more potent herb and see what that does.
Honestly the pain is horrible, and I don't wish it on anyone!

Usually if you have gall bladder problems it starts because your liver is toxic and can't get rid of the toxins the right way.. so it builds up into your gall bladder.

Yikes, I hope you stop eating greasy foods while you're preg and then get this figured out!
I love greasy food.
CDMay: I've figured out enough to know it's not all dairy. I drink whole milk on a daily basis and that never triggers it, but then cheddar cheese does.
Jenn: This is one of those herbs that is good for a lot of things and is completely safe to take while pregnant!
Sara: Normally I love it too.. it's pretty easy to say NO to it though when you know that either within an hour or several hours you'll be doubled over because of the pain!
