In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

A little bit of both. Andy got sick his first week there (which is expected) but as soon as he went back yesterday, I watched one of the staff wipe her nose with her hand and then pick up a binky off the FLOOR and give it to a baby using her snotty hand. We also just don't feel like we spend enough time with him with this arrangement. I think DH is seriously considering becoming a SAHD which would be fantastic but we're not really sure it would be best for his long term career.
Thanks for asking! Hopefully we can figure something out.
