Has anyone Refinanaced with Chase?

We keep getting these UPS letters from Chase (where we have all our accounts including mortgage)  Saying we can just lower out rate to 4.5% with no closing costs or anything, they just lower the rate.  We are at 5.35% now and it could lower it about $300 a month.  DH is calling them today to hear more about it, but we are 10 years into or mortgage and i dont want to "start over" again.  I am hoping we can get a 20 or 15 year and keep our payments the same.  Has anyone done this?  It is legit because the last one we got we called out branch and spoke to them about it, but at the time the rate was still over 5%.

Yes, we kept getting all that crap too.  We actually did refi with Chase about 6 months ago.

Did your morgage reset to 30yr? Did they give you a choice of 15 or 30 year?

we get those letters all the time. Rob called a few months ago and said we'd want to do 15 years and it didn't seem to bean issue. We did not, however, go through the effort to refs since we hope to sell soon.
