Any Electricians On Board?

I lived with compact florescents in my kitchen as long as I could stand it ... they're too damn dim and take to long to fully brighten, so I bought some regular incandescents the other day. I'm so happy to have my bright kitchen back.

I have four recessed lights on one switch. Is it okay to leave two cfls in two of the sockets, and have incandescents in the other two? There's no dimmer or anything, just a regular switch. The two incandescents are sufficient lighting and I thought I'd save a tiny bit of the environment by keeping to florescents that  are more out-of-the-way.
