I'm sure I can come up with more...I'm not a fan of newborn photos.

If you're not on Facebook, I don't think you're "bucking the trend" or a better person. I think it's annoying that when I send out messages, information, etc., I have to send a separate one to you via email (or gather everyone else's email addresses) because you're not on Facebook.
ETA: Oh, and if you're self-righteous about not being on facebook...don't even get me started. Drives me flipping insane.

kathryn's massage post reminded me of mine-I don't really enjoy massages or spa treatments. they just make me uncomfortable. even pedicures....I mean I get them because I need them and I am too lazy to do it myself, but the whole stranger massaging my foot thing makes me squirmy.
I have a feeling I have said this in a past unpop op thread, but I don't get the starbucks hype. its seriously like crack to some people. bitter, overpriced crack.
I'm not really a fan either. I used to like their gingerbread lattes but now they taste like dirt to me.
I think it's bitter, too. So I tried the blonde roast last weekend thinking I would like it better because I was meeting someone at a Starbucks, and it was completely tasteless. Good job, Starbucks. Give me Dunkin' Donuts any day.

To clarify my own opinion: I don't mind the smaller ones so much, but if the flower is as big as the child's head, it just looks like a satellite dish, not an accessory.

I wouldn't say that I hate them, but I don't get the obsession. Along the same lines, I think that purses with letters on them are ugly
I like Pandora bracelets, although some are too colorful/gaudy for my liking, but I can't stand purses or clothing with a big logo or brand name on it. Last time I checked I am not receiving payment from the company to advertise....so NO I will not act as your walking billboard!
I really don't get Uggs - they are ugly and overpriced and bad for your feet.

I agree that tiny ones are okay, but I even take issue with the medium sized ones. And if it's as big/bigger than her head, don't get me started.

I am also against infant ear piercing. I don't see what's wrong with waiting until she's old enough to ask for/want them.

Agreed. I feel bad since BIL/B's Godfather bought her (small) diamond earrings as a Christening present but she won't be sporting them until she decides that she wants her ears pierced. I don't know if they assumed we were going to do it young or would do it since they got us the earrings but I'm sorry, I am not causing my child unnecessary pain until she asks for it.

I think the more expensive a purse gets, for the most part, the uglier it gets. Now, I have drooled over some pricey bags but most to me are ugly.
I think Rhianna, along with many of today's pop artists, are awful and have the most annoying songs.

I have a few family members on FB that constantly post stuff about how democrats suck, but don't ever post stuff about why republicans are great. It seems like Republicans are the main ones that shove their political beliefs down peoples' throats, but don't back up their convictions. Drives me nuts.
I hate mushy photoshoots of pregnant women with their SOs rubbing and kissing stomachs. Seriously grosses me out. Fun pix fine, mushy pix ick.
I also hate giant flowered headbands on babies, as well as infant ear piercing.

Regular, fun, cute maternity sessions are adorable and just make me jealous because I'll never have a cute pregnant belly - I just look fat, like always.

I have no problem with speed cameras. If you're speeding, you're breaking the law. If you're breaking the law, you have no room to complain if you get a ticket. (I speed too, but if/when I end up with a ticket, it'll be my own fault).
I don't like FB changes either, but it's a free service, so why complain?
I didn't like the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. The sexual violence ruined it for me, and I won't bother to pick up the 2nd or 3rd books.
I don't like beer. I know it's an "acquired taste." But why would I drink something that I don't like, just so I can like it later? I would much rather drink something that tastes good the first time I drink it.
