Reintroduction and a puppy pic

Hi! I havent posted on here in well over a year. Its been all things baby, and I have missed this board. I have an almost 5 year old, possibly a PB and a BC, but have no clue for sure. He has the most beautiful markings, and came from a bad home. He has been living the good life for the past 3 years now. He was always aggressive to men he did not know, and it is a constant struggle to stay on him.  He's been to several behaviorists, and lots of training, but I know it will always be a struggle with him, and thats ok.  His name is Marley, but I usually call him Blackie, after his gorgous shiny black fur.

Sam is our GSD/ Collie mutt. A friend of mine was fostering a pregnant collie, and when the pups went up for adoption, we got one.  The mother was a purebred that was found as a stray, so we really did not know what to expect.  We thought he would be a medium dog, maybe 50 pounds at most. It was very aparent as time went on that his daddy was a GSD.  His ears grew at a speed faster than his body, and he is now 90/95 pounds and pure energy and kisses. He is the most gentle and sweet dog I have ever met.  It is his lifes mission to lick my LO, and she finds him highly amusing. His name is Sampson, but we call him Sammy. He will be 3 in April.

Right now I am in a world of lots of baby gates, and paying them extra attention as always so that they feel the love. They are my boys, I don't know what I would do with out them.  Its all new to me introducing a LO and the mutts, so I am extra cautious and as careful as I can be.  Now that life is settling in, I hope to get back into transporting and volunteering on Saturdays for the local rescue org.

Although Sam is 3, I still ohhh and ahhh over his baby pictures. He was one cute puppy. Sorry if its silly to post an old pic, but I can't resist.  I hope to jump back into the board, if thats ok with everyone ;-)
