Proof that the right and far left eventually meet at some point
I DVR'd Hardball today (I've gotten totally addicted to Chris Matthews for some reason). Tom Delay (yes! back from the dead!) was on and he was complaining about an Obama presidency. First, I thought he was in jail, but I guess he's out now. Or did he not ever go?
Anyway he was complaining that Obama would "shred the constitution" and "not tolerate dissent."
LMAO. I really wish I could find the transcript. You could seriously just replace "Obama" with "Bush" and it would read like a Daily Kos entry.
Re: Proof that the right and far left eventually meet at some point
I saw that and wondered what rock Delay climbed out from under! ?He was indicted by a grand jury, but I still don't think his case has gone to trial.
He was cracking me up saying that Barney Frank was just a normal, harmless liberal since he had known him for so many years in the Congress, but Obama was a radical constitutional shredder. ?Fun stuff.?
?
I believe the "Constitution hatred/hater" is the new talking point, isn't it? It's making the rounds on Rush, I'm hearing it from conservative acquaintances...and each time it makes me chuckle.
The guy who taught Constitutional law hates the Constitution. M'kay.
He called out some flaws in it. Good for him. There ARE flaws in the Constitution. It was written by imperfect humans. Hence, ha, it's not a perfect document.
Saying that does not = hating the Constitution...
That part was HILARIOUS. I almost fell off the couch. Barney Frank is a good, sane American and Obama is a radical. Where is caden? I would love to hear her thoughts on that one.
