Has anyone had these? I'm wondering if I should make these or regular pancakes.

Yes, please! That would be awesome. Sounds delicious!
This is actually from a pregnancy cookbook, Eating Expectantly:
Raspberry Sauce
1 10 oz package frozen raspberries or 1 1/4 c fresh berries
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c orange juice
Strain thawed berries, reserving juice. Heat raspberry juice in a saucepan until it simmers.
Dissolve cornstarch in cold orange juice. Add orange juice and sugar to simmering raspberry juice. Stir occasionally.
Cook until slightly thick. Add vanilla and raspberries.
Serve warm over pancakes.
