Snow

Who is ready for some snow?  I'm just ready for it to be here and done, all the talk of when it's coming, how much, etc. is making me crazy.  But I know the kids are ready to play in some snow, so I think it's good timing since it won't be overly cold.  I have a nice to-do list to keep me busy, some baking banana bread, getting consignment stuff ready among other things.

Omg, I love snow days for this reason. I love making something in the crockpot for lunch like roast or pulled pork, and I like to do some baking and then make popcorn and watch movies with the kids. I'm so excited for tomorrow. Plus, in a strange way, I live scooping snow. Better yet, I like pushing it around with the blade on the atv. Snowblowers are for pvssys.

I freakin can't wait! We better get 6-10 inches if it's gonna snow. 2 inches will just be annoying. I love snow days when I can stay inside and not have to shower

DH does snow removal so it would also be nice to make some extra money!

I usually love snow, if it's on a week day so I can stay home (my work allows this).  But on a weekend when I was supposed to go out of town, NO.  My girls weekend in Lincoln has been cancelled.  Sob!!!

I hope we get a good amount so the kids can go play in it.  I can't wait to just hunker down at home for the weekend.

So ready!  Jack's been wanting to build a snowman since October!  We couldn't even build one in the mountains of CO last week because the snow was too dry!  Ha!

Also, we have a few, large family GTGs this weekend and truth be told, I wouldn't be totally disappointed if the weather prevents us from going, especially because Jack & I have sinus infections.

Bring it on!  I have soup cooking and have no plans to leave the house.  I didn't get to go play in the snow with E last time because I was hugely pregnant, so it would be nice to go build a snowman with her.

I want it to snow because we need some moisture desperately.  So bad that if it doesn't we should all be out watering our plants and lawns. My parents are in a major drought and I hope we don't have one also because they do suck and the fires are terrible and start almost on their own.

I come from a farm family and the ground desperately needs the moisture.  Spring planting is coming sooner than we think and it is needed to help plus grass fires, etc. 

I wish it would have happened during the week so I could have had a day at home by myself but I told DH it was cleaning day tomorrow so prepare himself!

I'm hoping it snows enough that my PT job will let me stay home - they know my neighborhood sucks to get out of, and in years past have let me stay home. 2 days at home with my 2 favorite boys would be lovely!

I wouldn't mind it, if I didn't have to drive in it tomorrow morning to get home. I hope that I can make it home. Our neighborhood sucks, and 2 years ago, I made it all the way home during a bad storm and then got stuck in the entrance to our neighborhood. I had to abandon the car in the middle of the street and walk home.

If we didn't have anywhere to be tomorrow I'd be excited.  I'm anxious to see what we actually get.  I am glad we'll get some moisture and we'll have had some snow to leave behind when we go to Hawaii.
