In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

he is working on a project that takes him OOT for six months (excluding Fridays).
Who is he delegating the work that I support to?
STUPID BABY TALKING LADY! The same condescending chick who doesn't politely ask you to do something (even though you don't really have an option) but instead says in snarky demanding tones "This needs to be done".
I swear, if she starts telling me how to do something that is primarily my thing, I'm going to lose it. (This one software I support I know better than my boss and he basically just works as a "runner" between me and the vendor. I support the entire state).
