For that banana bread, what adjustments do you make for altitude? Just reduce the baking soda and increase flour? That's looks good and I have some frozen bananas waiting for banana bread so I might do that instead.

I've only made it once, but I didn't make any ingredients adjustments for the altitude and it came out fine. Just watch the doneness -- I don't remember how accurate the cooking time was.
