HR reps or hiring managers advice needed please

Hey ladies quick question,

I phone screened with an HR recruiter for a big company and he passed me to the hiring department, then once I interviewed with the hiring department manager the HR recruiter called me back a week or so later to set up a face to face interview. I now have a face to face interview in a week.

My face to face interview will consist of a 30-45 minute interview and 10-15 minute presentation ( I'm interviewing for a health education position)...... the thing is they're flying me out of state. I know nothing is set in stone and I still need to be at 110% but what does that mean, I've never been flown out of state for an interview?

Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated

It means that you're a top candidate.  It is expensive to fly people somewhere, pay for meals/hotels/rental cars.  I'd guess that it is between you and maybe one other.

 Agreed.  Most places only fly out the top candidates.
