Hi I am looking to hire a nanny / FT babysitter to care for my two young kids during the weekdays for 3-4 days/wk at my house & also pick up one from preschool.
I am just starting this process and wanted to know about anyone's experience with this: how to begin the process, any tips, etc? How much should I expect as a 'fair' rate to pay?
thanks in advance.
Re: Nanny / FT Babysitter
A co-worker/friend/teacher just opened a daycare business in home. She is a certified teacher. Here is her info: http://www.care.com/childcare/jessef15#utm_content=AMAZON_25-20110923&utm_medium=online&utm_campaign=seeker_general%7Cprovider&utm_source=refprogram&utm_term=2299683&
can you message me her info?
thanks!
I agree--Care.com is a great place to look.
I don't know if you have seen this, but this is the Morristown Nannies page from care. (click on the link)
They also have a great listing for questions to ask during a nanny interview--regardless of if you use Care.com or not, these questions are really helpful. They also have a article about Nanny Cost that's really helpful so you can figure out a fair rate.
Nanny Cost and Rates Good luck!
