where did you buy heart shape mold for crayons?

I swore I had one stashed with my baking stuff. I called Michaels and they don't have it. I was using a silicone one

  • I got mine at walmart
  • I actually bought mine in Michael's yesterday.  It was $9.99.  I looked at 4 Targets and none had them.  I got the silicone one.  I did the crayon project last night and it came out soooo cute.  Peeling the paper off the crayons was a PITA though.

I also just saw them in the $1 spot @ Target

  • AC Moore. All v-day items were on clearance
  • my michaels didn't have them (at least that's what they told me when I called), my Target had almost nothing left in the dollar spot. There were heart shaped ice cube trays. My AC Moore closed. so....I'm going to scrap this idea until next year.

I already have the valentines day stuff purchased. These were going to be a little something extra.

  • a tip if you ever decide to di it, soak crayons in water for about an hour.  the wrappers will come right off.

LOL..someone told me this AFTER I had already made two of the four batches so I feel your pain. You would think at least ONE of the person who blogged about this would have added this tip in their instructions!  LOL
