I'm possibly looking to do some job shopping - and call me a moron, but sometimes from the job descriptions I don't know exactly what the positions are. And the job titles are of no help at times either..
Can anyone translate for me?

what do they call their pre-bill positions? or their customer registration?
i currently work for an ambulence co in town and i do prebill. i have three years experience now, so i was thinking something along the lines mentioned above would be good moves for me.
