anyone get tested positive for lupus?

I got my blood results back on Saturday and I tested positive for Lupus. Everything else came back good.  I tested a 6 out of a 10 , i'm on the borderline.  Just curious if anyone has been tested positive and what was your next steps?

My dr refrerred me to a derm. to see what they want to do and they will make the decision on whether to biopsy or not

I love the spoons discussion - I have a friend w/ MS and another w/ Lupus. It's a good analogy. I'm not sure which test they ran for you. I used to work for a company that makes a lot of the screening tests and had an ANA screen come up weakly positive years back when my doctor ordered it to try to figure out why I was perpetually exhausted. I was then tested for each individual antigen (SSA, SSB, Smith, SCL-70, etc, there were 8-9 of them total, and the individual results would indicate whether it was lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or other specific autoimmune issues.) They were all negative for me so they never figured out what caused the initial positive result. Have they diagnosed it with certainty or are they doing more testing?
