Baking soda/vinegar shampoo?

My friend recommended this, but how much baking soda and vinegar do you use? What kind of vinegar?

Thanks!

Re: Baking soda/vinegar shampoo?

  • I use 2 Tbsp baking soda to 1 c. water and 2 Tbsp white vinegar to 1 c. water.  You might have to play around with the ratios to get it right for your hair.  I did anyway. If I use too much vinegar, my hair gets really dry....too little and it gets frizzy. (I have wavy-curly hair).
