Re: Where do you buy antlers and how much are they?

  • I buy them at a local pet supply store and they vary by size, but I think I pay $20. It has been a while since I bought a new one.

this. Ours vary in price depending on the type. Of course my princess Tinky likes the Elk--which are the most--the best.

  • We pick them up at a local store - but they have a website:

    Muttropolis

We usually spend about $8-9 on an antler, but Ringo's bigger than your little guys.

  • I got a pack of 6 from Best Bully Sticks around Christmas for $24, but my little guys have yet to really attach to them except when checking out what the other one has.

  • Hey ST :).  I'll be totally un-PC... we get ours in the woods.  February-April is when they are shedding antlers so we just go for hikes and walks to find them.  Or we get them from our local deer butcher.
  • We have this really awesome local pet supply store.  They charge by weight.  We pay a lot but I buy the really dense ones so they last longer.

    ^^ What Stac said.

However, I think the owners of the store are ripping me off.

Of course, I can't complain to her tonight, because she's at roller derby practice.
