Re: thoughts on giselle's post game comments?

  • they are a perfect pair, she is a whiny complaining *** who blames everyone but his as well. Honestly its horrible in terms of the team and sportmanship.

    She's a moron.

    This exactly

  • From what I read on another article, some Giants fans followed her to the elevator and heckled Brady, and at first she ignored them. Sounds like she snapped eventually. I don't really care about her or Tom Brady, and so I don't know if she has a prior history of trash-talking the teammates while saying that Brady is perfect or anything along those lines, but she's not wrong that he isn't the only one to blame.
    image
  • Did she say that directly to the camera or was she caught on tape?  If the latter she was probably just upset for her husband and said something stupid. Sometimes you just say things out of anger/frustration.  If the former then she is just dumb.
  • All I know is that her comments will probably not sit well with Belichek's "team" mentality.  They are all to blame for sure (it wasn't the offense that gave up 21 points to the giants, ya know?), but I can see this causing a problem in the locker room for Brady and the receivers.  She needs to shut her mouth, it was a total team failure!  And for the record, last time I checked, it wasn't a receiver who threw a huge interception when he shouldn't have in the 4th quarter giving the Giants possession!

Sorry, I always have to slightly smirk at situations like this for the Pats...as a Jets fan, I'm tired of seeing them put on a pedestal!

Yeah, he's quite the example setter when it comes to "team"...4 years ago he didn't even acknowledge Coughlin after the game...last night he wouldn't come out for a post-game interview.  Tough to remove a chip that size...

    Klassy!

  • I love it! It just perpetuates exactly what (most) everyone already thinks about the organization. Pompous, obnoxious and Klassy.

I'm not even that big of a Giants fan and I'm thrilled that they won. AGAIN. I think Belichek is such a classless-ass and I think Tom Brady is a tool. They deserve each other.

This exactly. I hate football so I have no allegiance to any team but if in fact there was taunting involved, how much do you take? Screw lose with dignity when people are an your a** making comments. Maybe EVERYONE should act like adults.I'm not not excluding her but come on.
  • I blame Tom Brady for this one.  MH would have told me to STFU.  Actually, I would'nt even dare to do something like that because I know mh would have been so pissed at me.
  • I think she should stick to modeling
  • I do think she know to keep her mouth shut, especially about his team, but I can't blame her for getting angry when people were heckling her husband.

I agree.  Poor sportsmanship is one thing (and there's def. a lot of that!) but people tend to go into survival mode and protect their brood when the sh*t is flung.  Still she should have MYOB.

  • I am a Giants fan.  I cannot stand the Patriots, Brady, or Giselle, but I saw the video and I think more is being made of it than should be.

Yes, Giants fans were taunting her, but from what I could see her comments were made to her friends that were with her, not back at the Giant fans.  She was venting.  She said it kind of quietly, in fact. I'm surprised the camera was able to pick it up.

Brady was not with her at the time, so you cannot blame him.

I still can't stand her or her Frankenstein-looking husband.

    bwahahahaha!

  • Unfortunately I agree with her- there were so many fumbles by the Patriots at the end - totally lost the game for them.  But, she probably should just say it to him, not publicly.

  • I'm not a huge fan of her but honestly, she was being heckled by some rude people and she said it to her personal assistants/whatever they were, not shouting it publicly as the press made it out to be.  And in such a tense situation, I'm not sure it's as bad as people are saying.  I barely heard it myself.  If it were my husband, I'd be pissed, too :)

she was waiting for an elevator with a group of people and at first people were yelling nice stuff and then some guy yells "Eli owns your husband"

Do you think that is the 1st time she has heard someone yell stuff about her husband? Really? He is a pro athlete and a polarizing one. You are a celeb and I am Sure as sh!t people have baited her in public and have said things to her to get a reaction. Upset about the loss or not, you dont answer back and you certainly dont blame it on your husband's co workers, even if it was their fault. It goes with the territory of being an athlete and married to one

I don't think any one of us is above being angry and possibly coming back at someone when we think a loved one has been disrespected. There are plenty of examples of people responding to lesser incidents on here. Celebrity really shouldn't have anything to do with it. This was not being unsportsman-like or disrespectful as the wife of a athlete. It was basically a knee-jerk reaction. And she didn't talk directly to those people either so....

She turned around to their side and yelled it to the guys, that is directly addressing them.

There is a big difference between her calling the guy who said it an a-hole, or saying something like where is your super bowl ring then her pointing fingers at her husband's co-workers and making excuses for him.
