WOHOOOO Ken might be getting a promotion
Had the conversation with the CEO last week and a sit down with his boss today. There was a position my husband heard about that he knew he'd be really good at but its managerial and he doesn't have management experience. Well his boss said as long as the CEO approves it (which we are all confident he will) I don't think a raise will come with it just yet. But this is HUGE for him and he's super excited. Im super excited for him.
