Vendor rave: Tree Removal
We used the company today that halfpint recommended a while back. They did an awesome job - they were quick and super affordable. They removed 3 trees, cleaned up and reshaped 3 others, and knocked out an existing stump for half the price of another quote (and that was just to remove one pine tree).

where are you located? wonder if they'll travel to my side of town?!?! I HATE HATE HATE my pine trees. oy.
also, how much did they charge, if you don't mind me asking? we've been getting quotes and they seem a little steep... esp. since we're only asking for one friggin tree!
I live in the Northwest side of town & she lives in Katy. I'm not sure where Pedro is based out of, but seems like he'll go almost anywhere. We had 15 trees removed for $1,800.
We had someone quote us $1100 for trimming three trees and shaving the palm tree in our backyard. I thought it was a bit high. I will definitely check this guy out. Thanks!
$900 - and it was such a bargain for everything that they took care of! He told me that they had several crews and worked all over the Houston area so you might be in luck. He was at our rental on the NW side, 290 & Hollister-ish.
