W stayed home with J today. He had an egg for breakfast, a 1/2 a Pb&j and some apple sauce. They went to the park and his mom's house. He seemed pretty good. I heated up some Mac 'n cheese. I always thought pasta was mellow enough & I've always eaten it when recovering. NOPE. Came right back up. I can't send him to school like this. At this rate I'm gonna use up all my time before spring. And with my luck W will get better and then we'll get it.
I'm sorry to be all whiney lately. We just can't seem to catch a break. :-(
Re: Going on day 5
He got sick on mac and cheese yesterday right? it could just be too heavy for his stomach- I know that sometimes when I am sick like that certain things take longer to eat- I would just try bland foods, and nothing too heavy-

Maybe stay far away from Dairy since its bothered him twice? The pasta is probably ok its the and cheese portion that could be the issue. Stick to rice, chicken soup, plain pasta, bread/toast, bananas the BRATT diet until he is really back to normal.
EDIT: also I'm really sorry I hope he feels better soon!!
yuck, that sucks. i hope he feels better.
stay away from ALL dairy.
