Stupid daycare question

If you sent your child when they were an infant, did you just send them in PJs? Honestly we never really "dress" Anna in outfits! LOL

Re: Stupid daycare question

  • yeah- those PJ type play outfits are perfect... same stuff you'd have her in at home is fine.
I used to be Goldie_locks_5 but the new nest is so screwed up that I was forced to start over.

  • I often did. With the twins, i realized i had lots of outfits so i would *try* to get them dressed more often but...pjs were just so much quicker and easier!
  •  I don't distinctly remember it but since Cora wears pj's with Teagan's name on them I have to say yes :)

  • He was 7 weeks when I went back so he wore the pajama-type things a lot at first but by the time he was 3 or 4 months I dressed him every day in 'real' clothes.

  • Most kids less than around 6 months at our daycare wore pj type things. By 6 months when we started daycare I was dressing them in "real" clothes.
  • yep those pj type outfits are what he goes in a lot. or sometimes a onesie outfit (one with pants attached to it.

    i rarely dress...dress him

  • yes and I bet you the teachers will love you for it because it is easier for changes etc.

  • I put him in both outfits and PJs.  Whichever is easier in the morning.  8 out 10 times he comes home in a different outfit then what I put him in.  A lot of his spare outfits at daycare are PJs so that is what he comes home in.

  • Pajamas are definitely easier, but I got SO MUCH clothing for Josie as gifts she would have never worn it all had I not "dressed" her. Genevieve however spent most of her 1st 6 months in pajamas!
