Baby is teasing me! Juju please!
Last night, I had my bloody show and then mild contractions at 6, then 5, then 4 minutes until 1:30am. I decided the midwives told me to rest if at all possible in the night, so I decided to lie down and see if I could sleep. Sure enough, I slept (with lots of tossing and turning) until 6:45 am. At 7, DH and I were in bed talking and the contractions started up again 5-6 min apart. Once I got up at 8:30 and started going about my day, they all but stopped.
I've had more throughout the day, but not even worth timing b/c they're so spread out. I just went to acupuncture and she gave me a mild treatment b/c she didn't want to make things too intense, and then we went for a good walk after. I'm still waiting for things to start up again. Maybe this evening?!
Please don't say anything on FB. I'm not telling anyone what's going on yet b/c there's really not much to tell. If you've got some more "let's move things along" juju, I'd love it! TIA!

Sounds like that on again off again labor primordial labor or whatever it's called. (The crazy Russian described this for a couple of days before she actually had the baby, if that helps, lol) If it starts to bug you and not pick up, try a glass of wine and a hot bath. If it stops, go to bed. If it doesn't, it's the real thing!
