Sinus infections are no joke.
I dont know if I've ever had one before but my face and teeth are so achy!!!! I went to the doc Sunday and got a zpack. My nose hurts to the touch whenever I have to blow my nose. Any tips to help my face not hurt anymore? lol

ibuprofin (any anti inflamatory type of medicine) and i suggest the neti pot. it will help with the congestion and start to clear stuff out
i feel for you. i get them 2-3 times a year and they are MISERABLE. i hate them.
Motrin, Mucinex and long hot steamy showers. I'm finally getting over mine and it was horrible.
