Pun intended :-P
I stepped in cat pee on the way out the door this morning so I had to change my socks and soak it down with NM. I'm not sure if it was Lily or one of the new boys. Lily has never had an accident before but maybe she is stressed? I've had a Feliway plugged into the bedroom (where she spends most of her time), but I'm going to order some spray today too. Hopefully it's just a one time thing!
Re: Crap, we have pee.
Keeping my fingers crossed it's just an "accident" from one of the little kitties. Can cats nervous/excited pee (like dogs)?
How is Lily doing with the two boys? Everything still going well?
Lily is doing OK. She is definitely out and about more. She's always been lazy, but after Kitty died, she barely got out of bed. Now I'll see her walking around at various times throughout the day and that was so not like her! She does have a spot on a high shelf in my closet that she goes to in order to escape kitten madness so that's good. They will all be near each other but she still doesn't like it when they get too close - she'll meow and swat. Rarely a hiss now. For the most part they take the hint.
I think she and Spencer are going to be buds. They both are shy and like to hide under the bed. He likes to be near her but not bother her and she seems to get that and tolerates him more than Cooper. Cooper is an annoying little brother and 5 minutes after he tries to say hi and gets meowed at, he'll try again. Silly kitties.
I LOVE having the 3 of them though. It was so lonely with just her. Crazy to say when I have a husband, a toddler, and a cat, but it was so empty feeling. I love to get up in the night and see the three of them all sitting near my bed being nosey. Love it! I'm going to be a crazy cat lady forever.
)
So glad she is out and about more! Sounds like you've been having a lot of fun with all three!
I think we should all get these coffee mugs (at least us cat people).
Must.have.
Fingers crossed Lily is just a little stressed (even if she seems to be coming around to the boys). Sammy took to peeing on the cat bed in the corner of the living room after we brought Zoey home (what a joy it was when I found that let me tell you). Scamp also took to pooping outside the litter box.
Got rid of the cat bed, soaked half the living room in NM, finally added Cat Attract to the litter box, and all issues (of the elimination variety, at least) were solved.
Hang in there, Lily!

5 cats. 1 baby.
This is something I'm worried about... I hope it hasn't happened elsewhere without me knowing! We just moved this past summer and the house is a decent size with all kinds of carpet. Ugh. I hope that was the only spot!
