I think we should do ootd threads

Maybe we can even have a kids and pets category? I was thinking it would help me get out of my sweatpants everyday and maybe actually dress Lauren in some of her clothes before she outgrows them.

What say you?

  • Pets OOTD made me lol.

    I'd be game.

  • I'm currently rocking a tshirt that says "Tip It" and on the back lists "Maggie Griffin's key to drinking boxed wine" that I got at the Kathy Griffin show.  My hair may be in an unintentional side pony, only because that's how it turned out when I was sleeping and I'm wearing mom jeans and an apron while making 3209384 cakes and cake pops.  You don't want to see this.

Upload to Flickr or photobucket from phone and then grab the bbc code to paste into a message.

I think this idea will depress me about my work wardrobe.

  • i could probably do it, because i am a joiner, but i definitely won't be busting down any fashion walls.

W: Jeans, chucks, polka-dot top with black cardigan (because I felt like dressing up!)

  • Alright mangs! We're totally doing this thang.... as soon as I get out of my sweatpants, that is.
  • Sounds fun. Plus the baby/kid fashion has the potential to be adorable and hilarious.

eep!!! she's so cute!!!  I have approximately 4 maternity work outfits that I rotate.  So far I've been lucky enough to have a WFH day at least once a week, so I don't have to wear the same thing twice in one week.  Actually, this might make OOTD easier for me, because I would just have to take 4 pictures, and post the appropriate one.

We should do our own private OOTD messages to each other.  You can wear the outfits described above, and I'll be all, "Lookin' hot, girlfriend!"  And then you can be like, "I see you went with the black velcro sneakers today.  Bold choice."

    awwww!

  • I don't think most of us are in the "Rockin my D&G skirt suit with my Manolos today, lolz!" zone up in here. Casual outfits count as ootd too!

  • I am guessing no one wants to see my Ohio State long sleeve tee and sweats today. I need to step up my game but would probably participate some days.

Claire is so pretty I can't stand it.

  • I can do E's fashion but mine is kind of sad. I'm wearing yoga pants and a sports bra from going on the treadmill and I plan to go from that to sweats and a thermal top.
  • you know what, i do want to see the real range of casual outfits as well as the 'dress to impress' outfits. YES I WANT TO SEE YOUR SWEATPANTS!

  • Way to start it off Winged and Moo! (I love those boots, dude)

I realized I'm going to need to invest in a full length mirror, I haven't taken full length shots of myself to post since sporting a belly bump. I miss my work bathroom mirror.

  • I've always wanted to participate in OOTD threads, but only you guys would appreciate my daily schlubbiness and I don't have a full length mirror at work.  So my pics are going to be partial.  But that's okay, you can just assume I'm rocking jeans and my white sneakers no matter what.  Lemme see if I can sneak off a pic in the bathroom.

Nothing special today. Please note that I am wearing an ivory cami under the shirt, but I'm so pale that it blends in in the photo. I swear I'm not rocking out in a shirt cut down to my bra strap.

  • Cali inspired me to take a bathroom pic.  I put in very little effort this morning after sleeping late.  My thought process pretty much started and ended at I should wear my favorite t-shirt.

This is me. Only substitute really lame work attire. I work with buses people. I do NOT dress up. I have safety shoes near my desk.
