Anyone have a good ham steak recipe
that DOESN"T involve a fruit? I don't do pineapple or preserves or any of that stuff on meat...so like a mustardy thing? They're pre-cooked so I was going to throw them in the broiler, but I wanted to give them some pizazz first
Re: Anyone have a good ham steak recipe
Hollandaise?
Not exactly what you're asking for, but this is delicious and more of a casserole. You could make the sauce and serve it like a gravy over the ham if you wanted to just broil the steaks - milk, cream of mush soup and mustard with some minced onion. It's really good.
