My contractions have pretty much stopped, which let me sleep most of the night, so that's good. My hips and lower back seem to be stretching/moving b/c there has been some intense feeling there since about 5am. I lost my mucous plug when I got up this morning, so things are still progressing, just taking time. I need to be patient...I'm hoping the full moon will help me out tonight!

Re: Still here...
The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new.
It's a full moon tonight?! Great news for you.
Hang in there - the sporadic contractions and waiting is tough especially when you feel ready.
Are you united with the CCOKCs?
juju!!

Are there any TMI questions when it comes to pregnancy? Sunday night was my bloody show that let me know my cervix was effacing/dilating, but this morning, that was definitely a mucous plug and yes, it was clotted with blood. Exciting!!!

I don't know why, but I have a feeling that once you do go to the hospital/birthing center, you're going to be shocked to find out that you are much further along than you think and it won't take long.
Come on baby! The Nesties (and your mom and dad) are ready to meet you!!!
