As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Massage rave
I had a massage at my yoga studio last night with the new therapist Elizabeth and honestly, it was the best massage I've ever had in my life. Prices are competitive ($65/hr) and she is super nice. It's at Bella Yoga which is in the Belle Creek development in Henderson. She also works at the new holistic medicine place in Lafayette (obviously I don't remember the actual name).
*disclaimer - I don't get anything out of this. I wish I did. Like another massage.
