And we are team GREEN! I held out from finding out despite my typical need-to-know-everything personality. I really think it will help me stay motivated during the last trimester when I get big, achy, and uncomfortable. DH kind of wanted to find out the gender, but was willing to go along with the plan because I told him it would help me stay excited and motivated. I definitely did not get a chance to peek or anything, so we are solidy on Team Green.
I also am having a much easier time keeping the weight gain to a minimum, which makes me oh so happy. Last time with DS, I gained 40 lbs total. It was a constant source of stress and I actually cried during / afer a lot of my OB appointments. So far, I have only gained 7 lbs at the mid point - much better!
Re: Ultrasound this morning...
Ok, so you don't need to know, but what about ME? I need to know. :P
I was going to tell you the other day, but you look fantastic
Great job on holding out...I'm all for team green! To prolong the suspense with the second baby you will probably spend more time in the 3rd trimester figuring out names - it was so much easier the first time.
Glad the baby is looking good and I can't believe you have only gained 7 lbs - keep up the great exercise!
Are you united with the CCOKCs?
Yay!!! We had our U/S yesterday and averted our eyes as well. We're team green, though it was definitely more tempting this time to find out in order to "plan".
Glad you are feeling good about the weight. I've had 2 colds in the last three weeks, so eating and gaining weight has not been much of a problem for me.

I give you and anyone else who has been able to stay team green a ton of credit. But as a friend of mine said when she was pregnant with her two kids - there are so few suprises in life that are this sweet! Nice work on the lbs. too.
Yay! So glad you held your ground! It's been so fun! Here I am at the end been thinking boy the whole time and the past couple of days I'm wondering if it's a girl...such a fun game and what a great prize at the end!!!
Congrats on feeling good and the weight gain! You are a rockstar!!!
