we have a little more than half of a store bought rotisserie chicken leftover. we used the other part of it to make chicken quesadillas last night.

maybe i'll make some pasta and then steam some veggies - i'll see what's in the fridge.

Benchiladas from annies eats with cilantro lime rice.

Last night we had pesto pasta, but I always make the pesto with a bag of frozen peas that were thawed to add in some extra vegetables. So the bag of peas, garlic basil, romano, olive oil and salt. My daughter is 2 and loves it.

Another meal she loves lately is tacos-I put chicken in the crockpot with salsa or some other mexican seasoning stuff that rick bayliss has his face on, it cooks all day and then by the time we get home it is cooked and shreds up easily and then we just have normal taco toppings. She is a big fan

Pork stir fry with steamed Asian veggies over brown rice. I'll make up for all the healthiness by eating mine with lots of sauce made with brown sugar. I can't eat pork unless it's covered in sauce lately!

Panera's. With work so crazy and all of us rotating this darned sinus/ear infection/cough plus no sleep from the teething baby, I can't even think about making dinner tonight. Or this week, for that matter, unless it's eggs or peanut butter (which my daughter wouldn't mind, I'm sure--both kids are now boycotting my cooking).
