Cold + baby

I'm afraid I might be getting a cold :(  I've been sneezing and have had a runny nose all day and just feel kinda run down and off.  What do I do to try to keep Evie from getting this??  She's BF, so I know she's getting my antibodies, but should I avoid holding her too much, not kiss her, etc?  Thanks ladies!

Re: Cold + baby

  • I read to not kiss them (which is soooo hard!).  I got a cold in October and I was careful about sneezing around her/didn't kiss her/ washed my hands a lot. She didn't catch it, so maybe it worked, maybe it didn't. Hard to say. :)

  • I always use a ton of germ-x, we place it in every room when we get sick. It's so hard not to pass it on to them. Try to breathe away from her and like Jen said, no kisses :(
