Anyone know of apartments that do month to month or very short term leases?

I just want to try to get prepared if our house sells in a hurry. I don't want to feel like we have 30 days or whatever to close on this one and buy a new one. We aren't listing until March so thought i'd check around. We need at least 2 bedrooms, w/d in unit, and take big dogs. That is the bare minimum. oh and not in the hood.....

  • Lake Candlewood used to. I have no idea if they take dogs. :)

  • Check out Regency Lakeside. I used to live there so I know they have both 2 bedrooms, have w/d in unit and take big dogs, but I am unsure on the month to month. I know they were flexible, but can't seem to remember if month to month was an option. Certainly worth looking into because the apartments were beautiful.
  • I think the overlook apartments do, I know they accept dogs...but it is way out in Bellevue 36th and 370
  • I know of an apartment that will be available in April1.  It is 2 bedroom.

My mom bought a house thinking her lease was up in May and she found out last night it isn't up till June so now she is stuck paying 1 month extra of rent on top of her house payment.  She is pretty bummed and we are hoping her 2 bedroom apartment will get rented fast!  She lives in Breckinridge apartments.

    I think the Larimore does.

  • Our complex will do month to month, but they are priced higher than with a year lease. They do accept dogs and have 2 and 3 bedrooms. I love our complex, the first one we've ever lived in that I can say that without hesitation. I'm at Harrison Hills in La Vista. If you end up looking please let me know, we get a nice little referral bonus if you mention our name.
