Whole wheat flakes?
Dh saw a recipe being made on a tv show that used whole wheat flakes, I think crushed, for chicken breast breading (dipped in egg white first)
Is Total what they were using? I couldn't think of what other cereal it might have been as I don't think I ever bought whole wheat flakes.

we're not huge cereal people - we buy the same two or three for years.
i thought it might have been bran flakes, but he said whole wheat and i don't have the source to look it up since it was a tv show. i should ask if he knows what show so i can google that...
i just think it would need seasoning too - egg white and flakes sound so bland to me!
