I am having a fruit, yogurt, and granola parfait for dinner because I have school and it's easily transportable :-)

I have creamy crockpot chicken in the crockpot for after weight watchers.  Gonna be a busy night so needed something quick.

Spinach & mushroom lasagna. I assembled the lasagna last night while H was at class, so all I have to do tonight is stick the pan in the oven to bake along with some bread. Easy peasy.

We're having wheat berries with lentils and caramelized onions and a salad. I grew up having it with rice instead of wheat berries and I've been meaning to try this version for a while now. http://www.crumblycookie.net/2009/11/11/wheat-berries-with-caramelized-onions-feta-and-lentils.

Tilapia packets with veggies.  I put tilapia with whatever veggies we have on hand in foil and bake them for 20 minutes.  DH only likes peppers, corn, peas and potatoes.  I use summer squash, zucchini and peppers.

Thanks! I can't wait until the end of the month. I hope that with the end of first tri, my nausea goes away. And we won't feel obligated to 'hide' the pregnancy!
