Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. why not?
I wasn't sure if it would be too powerful. Obviously, I will not turn it up to full speed, but I haven't baked using yeast before and this is a time consuming recipe that I don't want to mess up or fail at. I guess it is a green light for the mixer then...yay! I love using my KA mixer!
with breads you have to worry if it's not powerful enough. there's not much kneading in that recipie so i'd do that by hand but the mixing part should be ok. good luck
